Well-being begins with self-knowing

There may be times in our lives when we no longer understand how to move ahead, as an experience, relationship, loss or transition, uproots our previous ways of understanding ourselves and the world. For some, life may have always felt like a challenge.

In difficult times a supportive, therapeutic relationship can provide new perspective and offer creative avenues for approaching the self, others and the world.

Integrative Psychotherapy

Integrative Psychotherapy is founded upon the belief in the uniqueness of each person. Following research proving that no single therapeutic approach is superior or wholistic, Integrative Psychotherapy benefits from incorporating multiple therapeutic models to meet individual needs.

Couples Therapy

Couples Therapy provides a safe space for intimate partners or dedicated friendships to join together in gaining the skills and insights, with which to deepen their connection and reunite.
